 Who I Am 

My name is Silvia Loffredo and I operate as a freelance translator and editor in Italy.

I collect, store and use your personal data only to issue quotes and provide  translation or editing services that you request, or to comply with legal requirements. Personal data I collect may include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and tax number. The lawful basis for processing your data is that it is necessary for performance of a contract (i.e., to provide the services you request). I will keep your data and relevant email communications for up to ten years to comply with tax obligations.

I do not use your personal data for marketing purposes.

Other parties, including my accountant and the providers of my cloud backup, website and email hosting services may have access to your personal data for administrative purposes. All these parties operate in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation or, in the case of US companies, are self-certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield Framework.
